Pre-Construction Consulting

We offer value-engineering of your project from the outset by the TKS Executive Team. This includes deconstructing every component of your plan set, as well as working with our suppliers and contractors to fully conceptualize and lay out in detail your project before it begins.

In our experience, pre-construction services lead to the use of the best possible finishes at the lowest amount of change order costs. Our observation remains consistent that the return on investment in pre-construction services results in a multiple of cost savings between 5 - 10x the investment.

Additionally, this enables a strong adherence to the planned construction timetable.

Project Management

Project management is the core of the building process. The TKS Team uses a combination of processes, technology, and experienced industry professionals to deliver successful projects.
In our many years of experience we have learned that a strong project management protocol cannot exist without all three of these components. Therefore we have invested heavily in having structured internal processes and checklists, a strongly developed internal and customer facing online CRM, and have invested in years of training for any Project Manager or Coordinator on our team. 

This well built ecosystem ensures that we deliver the highest quality on time and on budget.

Building

Building a home or project should be an exciting process. Our philosophy is that keeping the project enjoyable requires effective communication, project management, attention to detail, and an eye for beauty beyond quality. Building a home or project with the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship is just the starting point for us - we take pride in collaborating with all stakeholders, as well as adding our experience to the mix - to build works of art; which matters to us more than simply building a high quality, cost effective project. 

Our project focus is on new builds ranging from 4,000 sq ft up to 30,000 sq ft of habitable space.

Landscaping

Landscaping is the clothing on a well built project. We have observed projects change their nature, and projects transform from buildings to living spaces with artistically executed landscaping. Our team provides turn-key services to its new build customers and, therefore, is passionate about taking projects full circle to this phase. Our team frequently executes on the hardscape and livingscape - enabling one team to drive a build from start to finish.

We only offer our landscaping services to projects that we build from start to finish.
