With a portfolio of happy families in neighbourhoods all over Silicon Valley, TKS Construction has been growing steadily by word of mouth and referrals in the bespoke residential new build sphere in the Bay Area since being taken over by founder T.K. Singh’s grandson, Karan Bakhshi in 2016. Karan’s approach centres on delivering more for less, with a focus on aligning all stakeholders at the project outset and empowering homeowners with all the information needed to make critical decisions to control budgets and timelines.
The history
Professional; strategic; fair. TKS was founded in 1997 by TK Singh- his legacy of proudly building custom luxury homes as works of art that will last lifetimes is continued by professionals from within his family, and the amazing community of architects, designers and builders in California and around the world.
A Bay Area company through and through, you can see people thriving in our creations from Los Altos Hills all the way to Pebble Beach. There's no dream too big, or problem too tough to crack. Our approach always centers on optimal communication from end to end, ensuring all the high caliber stakeholders from architects to designers, engineers to contractors, and of course you- the owner- all give their best and in return create something truly beautiful and functional.
We have recently carried this philosophy forward into the commercial arena, as well as mixed development spaces, and look forward to designing and developing more of the physical world around the Bay Area.

TKS Construction is a fully licensed general contracting firm carrying sufficient working capital, worker's compensation, and insurance coverage to allow us to work on projects valued up to $30Mn. The company is headed by seasoned professionals with management experience in premium consulting firms and Fortune 500 Companies, which separates us from the rest.
